Applications Now Open for the 2025 NACD Poster and Photo Contest
The South Carolina Association of Conservation Districts (SCACD) is excited to announce that applications for the 2025 NACD Poster and Photo Contest are now being accepted. This year, NACD has introduced several new categories and updated rules for submissions, so even returning participants should carefully review the attached guidelines to ensure compliance.
New Categories for 2025
In addition to the traditional Hand Drawn Poster Contest, new categories include:
- Digital Posters
- Additional Assist Posters
- Braille Posters
- Photo Contest
Each category contains multiple subcategories organized by grade level or age, offering more opportunities for participation.
Submission Requirements
- Submission Form: Every entry must be accompanied by a completed submission form (one per entry) to ensure proper categorization and to meet NACD’s requirements. If entries have already been sent, submission forms still need to be submitted for each entry.
- Deadline: All entries must be emailed or postmarked by Sunday, November 2, 2025.
- Entry Limits: Each district may submit one entry per subcategory.
- Awards: Winners will receive $50 from SCACD, awarded to the district for distribution. Winners will be announced prior to the December 1, 2025 NACD submission deadline.
