Announcing the 2026 SCACD Partnership Conference at the Spartanburg Marriott

We’re excited to share preliminary details about the upcoming 2026 South Carolina Association of Conservation Districts (SCACD) Partnership Conference! This year’s event will be held at the Spartanburg Marriott, with dates set from Monday, January 12 through Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Hotel group rates will be available starting Sunday, January 11.

While specific agenda items and dining options are still being finalized, we will provide updates every couple of weeks to keep you informed as new details become available. As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Important Reminder for Hotel Reservations

To secure the special group rate of $165 per night, including self-parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast for one person per room, you must complete your hotel registration by Monday, December 15, 2025. Please note:

Registrations after this date are not guaranteed the group rate.
The group rate is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the hotel block fills, the discounted rate may no longer be available, even before the deadline.

We encourage everyone to book early to ensure you get the best possible rate.

Additional Information

How to Register for Your Hotel

To receive the group rate, please contact SCACD directly for hotel registration details and instructions. This helps us manage the room block and ensure that only authorized attendees access the special conference rate.

Conference Registration & Sponsorship

Registration materials are attached and must be submitted by January 2, 2026. Don’t miss the Early Bird deadline on December 14, 2025 to save on registration costs.

To help keep conference costs affordable for all districts, we encourage securing at least one conference sponsorship per district. Sponsorship packages are attached, and we will provide updates on progress toward our goals. Your efforts in obtaining sponsors are greatly appreciated!
